How to integrate a web form with PUBLITRAC

  1. Select the Form menu from the Content tab
  2. Click on Add on the right



  3. Choose Web form
  4. Enter the page URL where the form can be found and click on the link to refresh the web form



  5. If PUBLITRAC identifies more than one form on the page, you will have to choose the form to integrate. 
  6. Map the form’s fields to PUBLITRAC’s fields
  7. Name your form and enter a description
  8. Select the Re-Post to a URL or web-script option
  9. Select the URL where the lead will be redirected once the form is submitted
  10. Click on Next
  11. Replace the Form tag on your website with the generated code

  12. Select one or many categories, if desired
  13. Save
