1.Once you have logged in the relationship marketing platform, click on

  • You will land on the homepage of the support center homepage where you can select the section you are interested in either or do a search using the magnifying glass in the left menu.
  • During a search, enter one or more keywords then and the concerned items articles will appear in the menu. Press 'Enter' to view all of the items concerned ,.

1. Click on the Image Removed icon located on the top right-hand corner of your screen.

2. Go directly to a theme you wish to explore

3. Click on the magnifying lens to make a search

4. Enter your question or a keyword in the search field. In our example, we chose Import.

You can also send your questions and/or comments about the platform or the support center, in just a few clicks,  from the main menu of the relationship marketing platform.

  1. Click on the three lines to the right of the screenImage Addedthen select Send a request.
  2.  Fill in the subject and message fields and then click  on Send.
