- In the Lead management menu, click on the Leads/Customers submenu.
- Go to the List Management tab.
- Mouseover on the list you want to archive and options will appear on the right. Click on Archive
*Please note that an archived list will not be deleted and that it will always be possible to reactivate it. Moreover, archived contacts will affect the total number of leads. Billing is based on the number of leads contained in all lists. The archived list will not delete the amount of leads contained within it. We recommend removing the leads included in the lists if you really mean to remove them from the account. However, when that removal is done, the email mailing statistics for those leads will also be removed.

3. Mouseover on the list you want to reactivate and options will appear on the right: click on Unarchived.
