What is the difference between Lead Source, Original Source and Original Source Category?

Here is the definition for each term:

1. Lead Source:  Determines the last contact you had with this lead plus keeps history of all marketing contacts for the life of the lead in PUBLITRAC.

2. Original source:  Determines the initial event that generated the lead. Is it a Google lead? From a PPC campaign? This value is filled once and never changes. How is the Original Source field populated?

3. Original source type:  Determines the type of the lead acquisition. For example, Organic Search, Paid Search, Direct, Import, or Manual lead creation. Original source type is used to group Original Source under types so you can have an aggregated view of your sources. This value is filled once and never changes.
