Inserting a Hosted Form into a Webpage

1. Select the hosted form you'd like to insert from the list of forms in PUBLITRAC, then click on Get HTML Form Code.

2. Copy the code featured in the new window.

3. Click OK.

4. Paste it in the code of the webpage to which you wish to add the form.
