How do I edit my company's profile?

To comply with the new Bill C-28 regulation, for sending of emails, we recommend that you set your company’s profile from the sub-tab 'Company Profile' found under the 'Settings' tab. Also, it is important to add the physical address of your company in the footer of all your communications generated by PUBLITRAC.

Edit your company information in PUBLITRAC

1.Click on the  icon (top right of the screen) and then on Settings. 

.2. Then, select the Company Profile tab.

3. Enter all the pertinent information related to your company or business.

4. Click Save.


Henceforth, when creating an email, you have the possibility to enter your email address in the footer or select the special link: Mailing Address.
