Why is the number of leads present in my lists greater than the number of leads treated?

The number of leads present in your lists could be greater than the number of leads treated due to duplicate leads in your lists. When activating a campaign, PUBLITRAC verifies all of your lists. If there appears to be duplicate leads in your lists, PUBLITRAC will make sure to remove them so that you do not send multiple identical emails to the same lead. This feature allows our clients to keep their credibility when sending out emails and also avoids cluttering their leads inbox with the same email. 

 

Why is the number of leads treated greater than the number of leads who received my email?

Once your campaign is activated, PUBLITRAC begins a thorough verification of all your leads before sending out emails. This function allows PUBLITRAC to identify invalid emails, leads that chose to unsubscribe and all leads that bounced in the past. This feature allows you to send your email to valid recipients who are most likely interested in your products or services.
