Configuration of your mailing address and adding tags in your emails.

Bill C 28 is in effect and as a result, senders must incorporate a postal address in their commercial communications.

In accordance with this new law, please fill out your business’ postal address in PUBLITRAC under the tab “Company Profile” in the “Settings” menu.

How to configure your postal address in your account

  1. Click on  (right top of the page) and then on Settings
  2. Click on Company Profile tab
  3. Enter the information needed
  4. Click on Save

In order to simplify the process of adding your postal address to your emails, PUBLITRAC has implemented a new a postal address tag.

How to add the tag in your email:

  1. Select the desired email
  2. Click on Special Links in your toolbar.
  3. Click on Postal Address
