How to automatically send the sales rep a copy of his mailing.
When you import a contact list for a sales rep, be sure to include the sales rep in the list as a lead. Once the list is imported, attribute the list to the sales rep to ensure that the send out is issued by them.
You can confirm afterwards that the sales rep received the send out by consulting the contact list: select the ‘’sales rep’’ contact and click on the ‘’activity’’ section.
