How do I link my Snap Engage account with PUBLITRAC?

Snap Engage Live Chat integration
Snap Engage live chat can now be integrated in PUBLITRAC. You can now track online chat conversions and add live chat information directly in PUBLITRAC. Chats logs are automatically sent to PUBLITRAC and can then be used to further understand your website sales funnel and marketing interactions. All information accumulated can be used to automate and optimize your marketing campaigns.

 

1)      Once connected, click the Settings tab, and then the Integrations option.

2)      Under the section Decide what to do with messages and chat transcripts, insert the Post Event URL.

Note: The post event URL corresponds to: https://app.publitrac.com/api?method=snapengagenotifications&apiKey= your PUBLITRAC API key 

Contact your project manager to obtain your PUBLITRAC API key.

3)      You can also enter your email address if you wish to receive a copy of communications (chats) by email.
