What is a lead?

A lead is a person who has expressed an interest in your product or service following a visit on your website. This person is a potential customer.
They become a commercial contact. In PUBLITRAC, they are unique (by their email address) and it is possible to keep a lot of information about them.

With PUBLITRAC, it is possible to follow each lead and collect all relevant information, such as what activities or decisions that lead has taken after receiving
one of your emails or visiting your website, sociodemographic characteristics, behaviour information and even particular interests. All that data will allow you
to more efficiently segment your communications with your customers.
