TIPS

  • The API errors are provided by the webservice who manages the errors and produces a description of the encountered errors.
  • There is no test URL for the API. Ask your client manager to create a test account if the need is there.
  • The syncLead synchronizes information from your system to PUBLITRAC. By this call, all changes to the information on a lead will be updated. If there is a new lead, it will be created (if a lead is erased from your system, it will however not be removed from PUBLITRAC).
  • Error detection in the CDATA: we recommend to consult the following Web site to detect XML errors : http://www.w3schools.com/xml/xml_validator.asp
  • Maximizer CRM : contact your client manager for the installation steps for the synchronization  software between PUBLITRAC and Maximizer CRM.
