Content Tab (customization)

The Content screen allows you to perform the following actions:

  • Create an email: allows you to build your emails and insert content. We strongly recommend that you use our new email editor, accessible by clicking once on the email screen.
  • Create a landing page: allows you to build your landing pages and insert content.
  • Create a form: allows you to create forms hosted by PUBLITRAC or to link a form from your website to the platform in order to sync the information.
  • Manage the image library of your landing pages and your emails (old editor only): allows you to add, modify, delete images.
  • Create templates: allows you to create landing page or email templates (V1 editor only).
  • Create alerts: allows you to create email alerts in order to receive a notification when a lead takes a defined action (example: adding to a list, clicked email, completed form, etc.).
  • Manage dynamic content: allows you to create dynamic content boxes that will be displayed according to specific criteria that you will choose based on the history, attributes and interests of your leads.
  • Manage promotional web content: allows you to create promotional content for your website based on the Lead Scoring (score) of your visitors.

The content of your emails or landing pages can be personalized directly in PUBLITRAC. As seen above, the platform accumulates information on the history (past behavior on your digital assets), the attributes (socio-demo profile, ...) and the specific interests (custom fields) of each of your leads. You can then dynamically or not dynamically personalize the content of your emails in order to offer a personalized experience to each of your customers.

PUBLITRAC offers three levels of personalization allowing you to be even more relevant to your customers:

  • Personalization at the recipient level: Personalize the email using the information contained in the Lead Details page: customer attributes (socio-demo profile, ...), history (past behavior on your digital assets) and personalized fields (specific interests). Add Tags to personalize the email with all the information contained in the filter.
  • Personalization at the sender's level. The email will be powered by PUBLITECH, but the sending address can be personalized in the name of any person desired, or in the name of the sales representative if you check Send in the name of the sales representative. You can also add the sales representative's name, photo, etc. by inserting special links. Replies to the email will go directly to the inbox of the sesales representative or any other designated person.
  • Content level personalization: Personalize the content of the email to show a specific product, service or article based on the lead's history, attributes and interests.
