Campaign tab (Automation)

The Campaigns screen allows you to configure your automations. In this tab, you will find the following features:

  • Automation campaigns: allows you to create automated campaigns by defining communication sequences. Once the campaign is activated, no manual intervention is required. See our article 4- Campaigns and automations (create a campaign) for how to configure a campaign.
  • URL tracking campaigns: allows you to target URLs for which you want to analyze traffic sources. This feature can help you make informed business decisions when it comes to making your annual budgets.
  • Promotion campaigns: allows you to create your products and promotions by importing an Excel file.
  • Campaign tracking: allows you to follow the progress of your active campaigns. The percentage represents the progress of your campaign activities.

PUBLITRAC allows you to launch campaigns in two ways:

  • Lists
  • Triggers (a trigger allows you to start a campaign after an action was performed on your digital assets by one of your contacts. For example, by configuring a completed Form trigger, as soon as a form is submitted, the platform will automatically trigger a campaign. Trigger campaigns add a key concept in customer relationship management: real time. They allow you to speak to the right person at the right time.

The PUBLITRAC automation tree offers you a series of activities and decisions that allow you to create complete relational marketing campaigns:
