How to access a lead source and associated lists

  1. Once in the Lead Detail page, select the Marketing tab. You will find:

    1. List Membership:
      Lists in which a lead is present (a lead can be present in several lists). Note that this search is only carried out from fixed lists (if a lead is present in segments, the membership list will not display the segments in which the lead is present).
    2. Marketing touches:
      Displays the history of all import sources or synchronized lists in PUBLITRAC as well as the creation date.
    3. Opportunities:
      This is an advanced feature, used when PUBLITRAC is synchronized with a CRM and / or billing (POS) systems such as Salesforce. This field is present in Salesforce and this tab allows you to list the information related to the opportunities of a lead in the relational marketing platform.
