Lead scoring (edit, archive score group)

 Edit a Score Group

1. Select Analysis, then Lead Scoring.

2. Select the Score sets tab.

 

The screen below appears.

 

3. Select the Score Group to edit by clicking on the name of the score group.

The screen below appears.

 

4. Make the changes directly in the desired Score field..   

5. Click on Save.

 

Archive a Score Group 

        1. Click on Analysis, then Lead Scoring.

        2. Select the Score sets tab.

        3. Select the Score set you want to disable and archive.  

 

The selected Score set window below appears.

       4. Disable your Score set by unchecking the activation checkbox.

5. Click on Save.

6. Return to the Score sets tab, select the Score set you want to archive and click Archive.



The screen below appears.


7. Click on Yes in order to archive your score group. It will always be available your list of archived items.
