The best way to get the more precise and detailed statistics would be to activate a new clone the campaign on the same list and to include a verification if the first email was
read (send a cloned email with the Decision : ‘’Email {X }Read’’ ). If it is not read, send a different email.

 

Here are the steps to follow to do this:

1- Clone the email used in your initial campaign, and name it for example 'Relaunch email X'

2- Clone the campaign for which you wish to send the relaunch

3- Add the activity Email 'X' read. (The email X must correspond to the email sent in your initial campaign)

4- In the flow Yes, do not add any activity. In the flow No, add the activity Send email 'X'. (This email X must correspond the the relaunch email you cloned in step 1)

 

That way, you will be able to know what leads were affected by what campaign and what are the send outs results.

But Note that it is possible to use the same email in the second send out. However the ratio Sent/Opened will not offer the same accuracy since certain leads
will be counted twice in Sent and according to the scenario, 0, 1 our 2 time in Opened.
