The best way to get the more precise and detailed statistics would be to activate a new campaign on the same list and to include a verification if the first email was
read (Decision : ‘’Email {X }Read’’ ). If it is not read, send a different email.
That way, you will be able to know what leads were affected by what campaign and what are the send outs results.
But it is possible to use the same email in the second send out. However the ratio Sent/Opened will not offer the same accuracy since certain leads
will be counted twice in Sent and according to the scenario, 0, 1 our 2 time in Opened.
