- Duplicating an inactive campaign allows you to recreate the same campaign model as the one that is duplicated and to run it on the same lists. It is recommended to duplicate your campaign in order to perform tests before you activate the original one.
- Whether it is an automated campaign or a url tracking campaign, you can duplicate these campaigns.
- We recommend duplicating a campaign that you want to edit instead of trying to make changes on the campaign. For example, if you want to send your October newsletter using the September newsletter campaign, it is recommended to clone your September newsletter campaign and to make a new one from this clone for the October newsletter. This avoids confusion in your email mailing statistics.
- It is impossible to add new automation activities on an active campaign. You should disable a campaign before making any correction whatsoever to avoid errors on current activities.
