1.Select Leads then select Leads/Customers .

  The screen below appears.

2.Select your leads list to export from the drop-down menu.

3.Click Export.

The screen below appears.

  4.Choose the columns you want to see in the exported file by checking the appropriate boxes. When exporting, you can only use a maximum of 25 custom      fields among all those present in your account. Custom fields are identified in the check list. Click Ok.

5. Enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to download your  .CSV file.
