Campaign performance (conversions and filled out form)

1. Go to Analysis. Select Performance Reports.

2. Navigate to Campaign performance.

First report available : Conversions details : PUBLITRAC allows to track the leads that have converted and the context (campaign) in which the conversion has occurred. This allows, for example, to understand how many sales or conversions  were generated by the visits to your web page. You must apply a conversion on a link on your page that directs to the shopping cart. Your Conversions details report will provide the number of leads in your database who clicked on the link to the shopping cart thus seeing the sales from the visits to this page.

3. Click on Conversion details  - Summary

Conversion : a conversion occurs when a lead clicks or does an action on one of your digital assets. As soon as one of the following actions occurs (Website page or section visited, Link to website clicked, Email sent, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed, Form completed, Lead created, Discussion on chat, Message on chat), PUBLITRAC converts your lead by triggering an interaction with him.

The Conversions details  (Total) screen appears.

4. The Conversion column displays the ensemble of the active conversions.

5. The  Count column displays the Number of leads who performed the selected action in the conversion.

6. Click on one of the conversions listed.

The screen below appears.

7. The Context column displays the source of the conversion (entry or access point, in what  context was this conversion confirmed). The sources are usually the web browsers (Google ou Bing), the social medias, landing pages or emails which you sent out).

Second report available: Form filled by campaign - Summary and Progression: this report provides the number of forms filled out and new leads for each campaign. The Summary version  indicates the total for a given period while the Progression version gives the daily, monthly or yearly progression.

1. Click on Form filled by campaign - Summary.

Campaign: what distinguishes PUBLITRAC from other email blast platforms is the ability to plan campaigns based not only on Activities (plan day, time, alert,...) , but also based on the behaviors of your leads (Decisions). For example, schedule the activity 'Send email (X)' on such a date, and then we would create the activity ' wait until {x} to {y})'. Depending on your lead's behaviour (decision) in regards to the email sent, we would create, for example, the decision ('email {x} read '), and if the lead read the email we would send (or not) a second email (information on a specific product,...), or we would send another email in the case of an email not read (by sliding the activity ' Send email {Y} and select another email ').
